Kenwood De’Longhi

Kenwood De’Longhi switched its FM provider to Morson FM five years ago and the company is so pleased with the service it receives, it renewed the initial three-year contract for a second three-year term.

“As a brand, relationships are very important to us,”

comments Terry Rickey from Kenwood De’Longhi,

“So when we switched to Morson FM from our previous supplier, it was both their competitive price and the honest open approach they offered that attracted us to them.

“Five years on, it’s the efficient, responsive service that has made us stay with them.  Morson FM is a company with a can do attitude: we can pick up the phone to a director at any time and when one of their operatives comes on site for reactive maintenance or repair, they’re always happy to look at two or three additional jobs while they’re here.”

Morson FM’s contract with Kenwood De’Longhi’s Leicester distribution centre is for all planned servicing, safety and compliance checks and routine maintenance, along with emergency call outs and responsive maintenance and repair, including both building services and building fabric. Terry adds:

“Any issues with the building services or the fabric of the building could affect our stock holding capabilities or our operational health and safety so it’s vital we have an FM partner we can trust.

“Morson FM covers everything from annual safety checks, building repairs and servicing of our heating systems to plumbing and roof repairs. When the first engineer arrived with a van full of parts ready to repair or replace whatever needed doing we knew we’d found a company we could rely on.”
