Building Energy Management Systems

Properly maintained and managed Building Energy Management Systems (BMS) have the following advantages for end users in:

  • Reducing operating costs thereby saving money.
  • Reducing energy consumption and CO2 emissions.
  • Minimising plant downtime by effective alarm monitoring which improves efficiency.
  • Extending plant life using anticipation of plant failure.

Included within our PPM visits will be software integrity checks and software back-up together with operational checks to the main plant controls. All field devices associated with the controllers shall be checked for correct operation and calibration.

The report will also include information on any equipment failures and faults found.
